The purpose of this site is to inform young people about the consequences of alcohol and drug abuse, how to stay safe on-line and give them an insight into the day-to-day duties of a Police Service of Northern Ireland officer.


	Help Line numbers and tips on personal safety for young people appear throughout the site. A separate section of the site entitled ‘Ur World’ aims to promote active citizenship, as well as tolerance and understanding of social diversity in Northern Ireland and discourage anti-social behaviour amongst young people. Fictional case studies are used to encourage young people to see different points of view and appreciate the diversity of culture in Northern Ireland.
